Meet Caroline

Hi, my name is Caroline Gravino,

I'm a yogi focused on effective meditation practices for stressed out company employees and overwhelmed teenagers.

About Caroline

I started meditating in 2018 in an effort to find some inner peace and heal from painful circumstances in my life. 

​​

In 2019 I started meditating using the techniques of a teacher in the direct lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda. My view of the world began transforming and I applied for a 2 year Kriya Yoga apprenticeship program under this teacher. In 2022 I completed the program. I continue to study Kriya yoga, yoga philosophy, and I regularly attend retreats. While I am devoted to my Kriya yoga studies, I do not teach Kriya yoga and the programs I offer here are not lessons in that. The programs offered here have been developed for the purpose of stress reduction.

However, if you have a serious interest in learning more about this lineage of yoga I practice in my personal life, please let me know and I can refer you to resources where you may learn more. 

 

Through the programs offered here, I wish to share basic meditation techniques to a broader audience interested in the wellness benefits that a general meditation practice can offer.  Basic meditation techniques are tools to be used daily and since a meditation practice is a great resource for stress management, it can help improve a sense of wellness and overall clarity.
